Use case — Recruitment & staffing agencies (GCC)
Place faster, with the desk admin on autopilot
GCC recruitment runs on WhatsApp and lives in the gap between a job board, your ATS, and a tracking sheet. A Sustainable Agent works that gap — pulling CVs into your ATS, chasing candidates and clients, and booking interviews — so your recruiters spend their hours placing, not retyping.
Sound familiar?
The desk where placements wait on admin
In a Gulf recruitment agency, the revenue is in placements — but the day goes to coordination. CVs land from portals, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp and get keyed into the ATS by hand, then copied again into a tracking sheet. Candidates need chasing for documents and availability, interviews need booking across three calendars, and the client wants an update. Every hour that admin eats is an hour a competitor's shortlist reaches the client first.
What your agent does
Put down by hand, picked up by your agent
Pulls CVs into your ATS
Reads candidates from job boards, portals, email, and WhatsApp and logs them into your ATS — name, role, skills, contact — no rekeying, no duplicates, no CV lost in an inbox.
Chases candidates on WhatsApp
Follows up for availability, an updated CV, and the passport, visa, and certificate paperwork a GCC placement needs — from wording you approve, to people who agreed to hear from you.
Books interviews, cuts no-shows
Offers slots, coordinates candidate, client and recruiter, and sends the reminders that keep interviews from quietly evaporating.
Keeps clients in the loop
Assembles submission and pipeline updates so clients hear from you on schedule, without a recruiter stopping to write them.
What it never does without you
It runs the desk — you make the calls
It sources, logs, and coordinates, but never submits a candidate to a client, sends an offer, or shares a CV without your approval. Candidate data is handled consent-first under Gulf PDPL — only what the workflow needs — and every action is logged.
Approval gates
Money, commitments, and first-time contact wait for your one-tap yes. Not discouraged — impossible.
Dry-run first
It runs in drafts-only mode until you read its work and switch it on. You go live, never us.
Tamper-evident log
Every action is written to a log that can't be edited after the fact — you can always see what it did, and when.
Is this you?
An honest fit check
A fit if…
- You run a recruitment or staffing desk and CVs get keyed in by hand
- Candidates and clients live on WhatsApp, and follow-up slips when it's busy
- You use an ATS or CRM (Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Manatal, JobAdder — or a sheet)
Probably not yet if…
- You place a handful of executive-search roles a year where every step is bespoke
- You have no system of record and don't want one
Questions
Questions we get
- Which ATS or CRM do you support?
- Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Manatal, JobAdder, Salesforce, or a portal or sheet a recruiter logs into — if a person can enter it, an agent can. We wire yours on the first call.
- Does it really work over WhatsApp?
- That's the point — GCC recruitment runs on WhatsApp. The agent works within Meta's and PDPL's rules: approved templates, consent tracked, opt-outs honoured within 24 hours. It never cold-messages a candidate who hasn't opted in.
- Can it screen or shortlist candidates?
- It can run your first-pass screening questions and rank against a role's must-haves, then hand the judgement to your recruiter with everything attached. It never rejects a candidate, or submits one, on its own.
- Is candidate data handled properly?
- Yes — consent-first under Gulf PDPL, only the data the workflow needs, and Sovereign hosting on hardware you own if candidate data can't leave your building. Every action is logged.
