Use case — Trading, distribution & services

Chase every unpaid invoice — politely, on schedule

The invoices you forget to chase are the ones that age past 90 days. A Sustainable Agent tracks what's owed, sends the reminder at the right time from your approved wording, and tells you who to call.

Sound familiar?

Money that's owed, quietly aging

Following up on receivables is nobody's favourite job, so it slips. An invoice goes out, the due date passes, and the polite nudge that would have got you paid never gets sent because everyone's busy. Multiply that across a month and it's real cash sitting in someone else's account.

What your agent does

Put down by hand, picked up by your agent

What it never does without you

It nudges — it never negotiates

It only messages contacts with a recorded lawful basis under Gulf PDPL, only from templates you've approved, and it never offers a discount, a settlement, or a new payment term without you.

Approval gates

Money, commitments, and first-time contact wait for your one-tap yes. Not discouraged — impossible.

Dry-run first

It runs in drafts-only mode until you read its work and switch it on. You go live, never us.

Tamper-evident log

Every action is written to a log that can't be edited after the fact — you can always see what it did, and when.

Is this you?

An honest fit check

A fit if…

  • You invoice on terms (net 30/60/90) and chase by hand
  • Receivables regularly age past their due date
  • You send reminders over email or WhatsApp

Probably not yet if…

  • You're paid upfront or on delivery
  • You already have a collections team with tooling that works

Questions

Questions we get

Will it annoy my customers?
It sends fewer, better-timed messages than a stressed human firing off a batch on a Thursday. Tone and cadence are yours to set, and opt-outs are honoured within 24 hours.
Can it take payment?
It can send your payment link. Actually moving or accepting money is a red action — gated behind your approval — and by design an agent never touches card data.
What about WhatsApp's rules?
It uses approved templates within Meta's and PDPL's rules, tracks the messaging window, and only contacts people with a lawful basis. Compliance is built in, not bolted on.
